Balint groups' possible role in self-care and job satisfaction

... of general practitioners - A qualitative study

The Division of General and Family Medicine has investigated the effect of regular participation in Balint groups on job satisfaction and self-care among doctors. Under the supervision of Dr Susanne Rabady, KL student Karina Schweiger, BA-ME, conducted semi-structured expert interviews with seven general practitioners and analysed them qualitatively. Thanks to open access funding from KL, the work is freely available in tThe Central European Journal of Medicine.
