Grundzüge einer kritischen Medizinethik

Professor Dr Giovanni Rubeis presents a new approach in his article "Fundamentals of Critical Medical Ethics (Grundzüge einer kritischen Medizinethik)". The concept is intended to better illustrate the differences in social power and utilises various critical theories and empirical contributions from the social sciences. Although the resulting critical medical ethics still has its limits, it can nevertheless better depict medical behaviour by embedding it in real contextual factors. Thanks to KL's open access funding, the work is freely accessible in the journal "Ethik in der Medizin".
