New funding options of the Austrian Science Fund
Funding information
The FWF ASTRA Awards offer successful, internationally visible researchers an improved funding programme to develop their careers. ASTRA stands for Advanced Stage Research Awards. They are intended to help researchers become independent and take up leadership positions. ASTRA replaces the previous Elise Richter and Elise Richter PEEK and START programmes. The funding follows the ESPRIT programme for early-stage researchers.
