  • Project duration: 11 months from 20 October 2021

This guideline S1 summarises the state of knowledge on Long COVID at the time of the editorial deadline. Due to the strong dynamics of knowledge development, it is intended as a "living guideline". The focus is on practical applicability at the level of primary care, which is understood as the appropriate place for initial access and for primary care and treatment. The guideline provides recommendations on the differential diagnosis of the most common symptoms that can occur as a result of infection with SARS-CoV-2, on therapeutic options, on patient care and support, and on reintegration into everyday life and rehabilitation. In accordance with the clinical picture, the guideline was developed in an interdisciplinary process and gives recommendations on interfaces and possibilities of cooperation.
